Desmond Allon Phagan, 25, of Iowa City and formerly of Conway, AR passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019. His body has been cremated. A memorial service in his honor will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Abundant Mercy Church in Fairfield, IA. Desmond Allon Phagan was born on November 1, 1994 in Hot Springs, AR to Eugene Webb and Penny Phagan. He attended school at Maumelle High School in Maumelle, AR. Desmond loved to write songs and play his guitar. He was enjoyed playing baseball and going hunting with his uncles. He loved God and felt his quest on this earth was complete. He cared deeply for his family and friends and will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.
Desmond was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Howard Phagan and his fraternal grandparents, John and Marie Webb.
Left to honor his memory is his mother, Penny Phagan Ramos of Fairfield, IA; his father, Eugene Webb of California; a stepfather, Jeremy Ramos and stepmother, Kandace Webb; four brothers, Howard Phagan, Joshua Ramos, Brian Rodriguez, and Dorian Crenshaw; three sisters, Tatiana Webb, Rhylee Webb, and Janice Webb; his grandmother, Doris Phagan; his uncles, Bobby Harris and James Phagan; three aunts, Doris Harris, Shena Phagan and Jannies Reyes, as well as many cousins and friends.
